Neutering training
As of today, Dr Loukia Agapis is once again offering advanced neutering training for young vets. It is particularly exciting that the young vets have travelled all the way from the USA to take part in this course. This shows how highly valued the training is and how important the exchange of knowledge and experience in veterinary medicine is.
The castrations are carried out in our mini operating theatre, which is set up on two tables. Despite the small space, it shows once again that there is room in even the smallest hut - if you only want it.
It is impressive to see how efficiently and professionally the work is carried out in this small setting.
The course is run by Dr Loukia Agapis, who has spent half her life training vets at universities in the USA.
She has many years of experience in training and has accompanied numerous young vets on their way.
After many years in the USA, she moved back to her native Rhodes three years ago.
There, she now brings her extensive expertise and passion for veterinary medicine to continuing education in order to support the next generation of vets in the best possible way.
